Derek began his career at CCS in 2019.  Derek has a very broad background of experience that he brings to CCS.  Derek has 8 years of classroom teaching experience, three years as an HR Manager and 10 years of sales experience and owning his own tutoring business.  One thing has been consistent through all of his experiences, he prides himself on building relationships and trust with his clients and the value of his word is one of the most important things he has.  He takes a lot of pride in helping businesses and schools strategize to come up with the best solution that will fit their needs. 

Derek’s has been happily married for 20 years and family and faith are a big part of his life.  He enjoys spending time with his family and watching his four kids grow up.  He enjoys music, hockey, and loves to watch his daughter dance and his boys play hockey.
