Kaitlyn Blanch is the Service and Marketing Coordinator at CCS Presentation Systems Mid Atlantic. Before joining the CCS team in 2024, she was a Quality Control Supervisor at an e-commerce warehouse, and she has a wide range of experience in administrative assistance and marketing. She enjoys using her experience and attention to detail to find new ways to bring efficiency and organization to any project she works on. Kaitlyn has a bachelor’s degree from UMBC in English: Communication & Technology. Outside of CCS, Kaitlyn volunteers for a nonprofit as a Communications Specialist. 

She is motivated in customer service by the desire to help CCS customers have their issues understood and resolved in a timely manner and helping CCS Mid Atlantic continue to grow with targeted and effective communications.
