Justin Bagliani is a Lead Installer for CCS Presentation System Mid Atlantic. Justin is in charge of the safety of his crew during the execution of system installations and commissioning. Justin joined CCS in 2021 after spending 14 years in the Themed Entertainment Industry. He designed & built 4D Theaters for 11 years and was a Deployment Manager for 3 years where he installed Theme Park AV and Control Systems. In his career, Justin has lead a crew of up to 45 employees on installations. He worked for a Local Rock Band for 10 years in various AV roles. Justin is CTS Certified and OSHA Certified in Lock Out/Tag Out Procedures as well as Forklift and Aerial Lifts. In Justin’s free time, he likes to play & build guitars, ride his onewheel, camp, snowboard, and hike. Justin believes that experience comes from making good decisions after learning from bad decisions. He continues to learn in order to grow. He knows that a job well done equals a happy client.
